This is not a "we ship anything" page.
This website is for lawful shipping inquiry, estimate routing, and manual review. We try to make quoting faster, but we do not promise what should not be promised.
What we do provide
1. Estimate entry
You can submit basic details first and get a price direction before deciding whether to continue.
2. Route matching
We look at destination, cargo type, weight, packaging, and document completeness before giving direction.
3. Manual review
Sensitive cargo still requires manual confirmation before final acceptance, route confirmation, and final pricing.
What we do not provide
- Counterfeit, infringing, fake, or suspicious-source cargo
- Instructions on false declaration, relabeling, or customs evasion
- Statements such as "100 percent guaranteed clearance" or "never gets checked"
- Progressing with clearly incomplete, misleading, or risky shipment information
Cases that need manual confirmation first
Incomplete information
- Unclear product name
- Unclear ingredients
- Unknown weight, dimensions, or packaging method
Higher compliance sensitivity
- Cosmetics, supplements, battery or magnetic products, food, and similar cargo
- Cases requiring MSDS, UN38.3, labels, ingredient information, or supporting files
- Destination countries with special import controls
Route uncertainty
- Remote addresses
- Very strict delivery timing
- Countries or routes not yet fully covered by website logic
Customer responsibilities
- Shipment name, ingredients, weight, packaging, and declaration details must be truthful and complete.
- Required files such as labels, invoices, packing lists, MSDS, or UN38.3 should be provided where applicable.
- If delay, return, customs hold, fines, or other losses arise from false or incomplete information, responsibility belongs to the responsible party.
- For permits, approvals, brand authorization, or IP issues, the cargo owner remains responsible for lawful eligibility.
Quote and transit limits
An estimate is not a fixed final quote
The website price is only for direction. Final pricing may change after surcharges, remote-area fees, packaging, actual cargo condition, declaration review, and market fluctuation are checked.
Transit time is not an absolute promise
Transit timing can be affected by flights, inspections, customs clearance, final-mile delivery, and local policy changes.
No "guaranteed clearance" promise
Clearance depends on destination-country rules, declaration accuracy, and inspection outcomes. No absolute promise is made.
